Family Wellbeing Support Program

Connect. Belong. Thrive.

Free for families with children aged 0–12 living in the Inala–Richlands area.

Feeling isolated, stressed, or new to the area?

Our program will help you make positive changes, achieve your goals, and build confidence by connecting you with local activities that support your wellbeing and strengthen your sense of community.

What can we help with?

Let us support you to discover what our neighbourhood has to offer. We can help you connect with:

  • Social groups, clubs, and local events
  • Activities to support your health and wellbeing (e.g sports, walking groups, yoga, exercise groups)
  • Hobby and interest groups (e.g. gardening, art, crafts, music)
  • Courses & workshops to build skills (e.g. computer skills, language classes)
  • Opportunities to make new friends and feel more connected to your community
